Why was my payment declined?
Credit cards and other payment methods can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the “Bill To” address. You must be sure that the billing address on file for your payment method matches the billing address on your order.
You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships.

Order Status
Order Confirmation and Tracking Numbers
You will receive an order confirmation email within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise.
You will also receive a shipping notification email when your order ships. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.
Finally, you will receive a delivery confirmation email when your package has been delivered.

Backorders
If your item is out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified of the backorder and given an estimated in-stock date by email.
Backorders Shipping
Backordered items are shipped using the same service as the initial order. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-5 business days after the item becomes available. Delivery might take longer for some items.
